Thanks to Ricky Thaggard for teaching Eden so much in so little time and thanks to his wife Genia for lending him and so much of their time, she could not have done it without you .Eden won 2008 Rookie of the Year! She also placed 2nd at state finals cutting and placed 3rd for the year and she only participated for half of the year, so that says alot for her. The other girls had all year and many more rodeos under their belts for points than she did and she still won 2 belt buckles and 3 envelopes of cash! We are so proud of her that it hurts! Watch out for her next year. Thanks again to all members of Thaggard Farms for all the early hauling hours and all that you do for Eden.
Congradulations to Mr. Caleb Thaggard for a job well done this year!
He left the award ceremony at the State Finals banquet with a MJHSRA horse blanket ,an envelope of cash and a great looking cow hide head stall that I sure would love to have for my big fat Palamino, but I guess he's not going to part with it, being that he worked pretty hard to earn it! Maybe the one he wins next year he might let me have.
Congradulations to Drew May and his title in the boys division as Rookie of the Year and placing in his cutting event, go Drew!
Last but not least go Dakota Thaggard on placing 1st in the cutting event at MHSRA State Finals and she's on her way to National Finals in Farmington, New Mexico. I wonder if Rick and Genia are grinning?
I am proud of you too Kyle Williams, I havent heard how you placed yet but I know you did well and we are all love you so!

I don't think Caleb is letting anyone wear the stall. :) He stuck it in his closet after Austin told him to.
